KVKK Disclosure Notice

This disclosure notice is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the processing of your personal data by NameDefence, operated by Priente Software.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Priente Software, located at Beştepe, Çakıroğlu B Blok No:53 Yenimahalle/Ankara, Turkey. You can reach us via [email protected] for any inquiries regarding data processing.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing and improving our services, fulfilling contractual obligations, communicating with you, ensuring information security, and complying with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis
Personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds: explicit consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests of the data controller where your fundamental rights are not overridden.
4. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of relevant legislation, and to domestic or international service providers with appropriate safeguards in place, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about processing if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under conditions set by law; and object to any adverse result arising from automated analysis.
6. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under KVKK by sending a written application to our office address or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'KVKK Request'. We will respond to your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
